Sharing another week in my Heidi Swapp Memory Planner. More everyday stories and happenings of my family. What I love most is coordinating the colours in my photos with the colours in my embellishments and stamping!
I chose stickers from the Color Fresh collection to match the yellow and mint colours in my photos.
I also Love layering sheer stickers over my photos. This allows my photos to be grounded on my pages.
Adding colourful stamping completes my pages. Don't forget how easy it is to embellish just with stamps and some coloured ink.
I also want to share a walk through of the first 6 months in my Heidi Swapp Memory Planner. Check out the video below.
One thing that makes me happy at the end of the week is having my stories and memories recorded in my Heidi SwappArt Walk Memory Planner.
I love sitting down waiting my photos on m phone, printing them out and then popping them into my Memory Planner.
The best part! Once my photos and journalling are done, I get to embellish my pages! I love finding just the right stickers, stamps, washi tape and more. On today's spread I have used the Heidi Swapp Color Fresh collection.
On this page I tore strips of that Lips washi tape from the Color Fresh collection to adhere down my photos.
On the right page I added stickers in and around my photos for pops of color.
Another week from 2020 in the books! I cannot wait to see what my Heidi Swapp Memory Planner looks like at the end of 2020!
6 months ago I celebrated a lovely milestone birthday and I threw a fabulous party to celebrate. I have slowly been pulling together an album to commemorate this special time using the Heidi SwappStoryline collection including that gorgeous Rainbow album and Color Fresh collections. Today I want to share my final pages with you.
I created a title for my album using that fun Color Fresh pattern paper and a Minc printable I created in my computer software. I printed it onto a piece of transparency and then ran it through my Minc with some of the Silver Star Minc Foil. I overlaid it and placed it into the plastic sleeve.
I am sharing two final stories today. The first tells the story of how thankful I am for all that my husband did to help me prepare for my party. I enlarged that special photo on the left to full size.
I added that gold puffy word to accentuate the photo.
On the right I added my journaling to my page using my typewriter before adding my photo, that paper strip from the Color Fresh collection and stickers also from the colour fresh collection. I love the layered effect it creates.
The second page celebrates the friends who came to my party. I created that photo collage on Pinmonkey and printed it off ay 8.5 x 11. I embellished simply with stickers from the Color Fresh collection.
Again I added my journaling first using my typewriter than added stickers from the Color Fresh collection and a splash of black colorshine to complete.
I love the way my Storyline album has turned out and I cant wait to share a complete walk through
with you.
I also want to share a video walk through of my whole album!
I am continuing to work away in my Heidi Swapp Storyline Chapters Covid 19 notebook. We are on school holidays at the moment and my boys usually have a couple of friends over for a play date during the holidays. We always head to the movies first then come home for a play....but not this year with the cinemas still closed. I took some photos of the boys throughout the day and decided to scrap them straight away!
I created that fun photo collage in Picmonkey of the photos I took on the day and on the left used one of the 7.5 x 9 papers from the paper pad to serve as a base for my journaling and title.
Once printed and adhered down I added in a couple of pieces of scrap pattern paper from the Planner Paper pad and then layered on pieces of the Storyline Chapters ephemera!
Before adhering my pattern paper I ran it through my typewriter to add my journaling.
To complete my page I added some of the raw thickers, washi and stickers from the Storyline Chapters collection.
I love how my page turned out. Don't forget you can find the Storyline Chapters collection at
I am still working away in My Heidi Swapp Storyline Chapters notebook that captures all the memories of Covid 19. I am using the Scrapbooking insert. Today I want to share a new double page spread using elements from the Storyline Chapters collection and some of the new Minc foil- the iridescent blue. Isn't it spectacular.
The blue changes colour as it moves in the light. I love the different shades it gives.
On the left I used one of the pages from the Storyline Chapters paper pad. I ran it through my typewriter to add my journaling and then used stickers from the collection to add some embellishments.
I then took one of the Minc butterflies and ran it through my Minc machine with some of the blue Iridescent foil. I folded up the wings of the butterfly for some added dimension and shadow.
I added more of the Storyline Chapters stickers to each of my photo for extra subtle texture to my page.
You can find all the supplies for this project at JoAnn stores right now.
I am still enjoying pulling together my European vacation album. It is almost 12 months since we had the trip of a life time and today I want to share the memory of our visit to the Leonardo Da Vinci museum in Venice. I have combined the Heidi Swapp Art Walk collection with the Minc for some gorgeous gold touches.
I began by creating this word art on my computer using a quote I found online by Leonardo Da Vinci. I printed it off onto vellum using my laser printer and then ran it through my Minc machine with some Gold Minc Foil. I then trimmed it to 4x4 and placed it into the pockets of the 8x8 pocket page.
I slipped some trimmed Art Walk pattern paper behind the vellum to help the gold letters pop and then added my title using a brochure from the museum and some of the art Walk black letter stickers.
The back reveals more photos and journaling on the brochure.
I used the fun Tim Holtz Professor stamp with some of the new Heidi Swapp Toner Ink on vellum. Once dry I ran it through the Minc machine with more gold foil. Using the Toner ink with your stamps is really a game changer for me!
I added some of the Art Walk Definition Stickers on each photo for pattern and repetition. I love the it it looks.
You can find the Heidi Swapp Art Walk collection and Minc collection at your local JoAnn store!
Due to Covid 19, Mother's Day looked a little different this year. In Australia we were able to have a picnic with family so we took advantage of the beautiful weather here in Brisbane and visited a local beach and enjoyed our picnic. I wanted to commemorate the day in my Heidi Swapp Covid 19 Storyline Chapters insert. Let me share what I did.
I began with the Scrapbook insert and enlarged a photo to fill an entire page. I then trimmed a piece of the Storyline Chapters pattern paper from the 7x 9 paper pad and adhered it to the opposite page.
I inked some of the raw Chipboard letter stickers from the collection with some of the Pink Ink and adhered my title down, adding some stamping and stickers also from the collection to compete my page.
On the enlarged photo I added one of the rainbow stickers from the 6x12 sticker sheet and the who what and where from the 12 x 12 paper pad.
I created a hidden journaling pocket behind the pattern paper and used one of the tags from the Storyline Chapters Ephemera to write my journaling.
Don't forget you can find the Storyline Chapters collection at JoAnn stores!
