I am slowing scrapping the gorgeous photos from our photo shoot in January from labelle photographics. This was one of my fav's the boys together on the bike. Yummy Jillibean soup here. My little bit of Whimsy birdie and I think I have almost worn out my fiskers cloud punch!

The boys spend their time with daddy doing boy things...rolling around on the floor rumbling!! They so love it!

I have had these photos for a while, I decided to use them for this months sketch over at Handmadeby Suzanne, designed of course by the awesome Shell.

his first day

A new sketch has gone up at Creative Scrappers this week, I took the opportunity to create a layout about Addison's first day at kindy...which he loved, yummy yummy October afternoon papers and embellies

OH and on old fav Mylittlebitofwhimsy apple pin!

So many things in the scrappy world are geared towards girly vintage...with my two boys I sometimes find it hard to find pattern papers and embellies to suit...and when I received this gorgeous photo of my two boys from our photo shoot in January by labelle photographics, I knew I wanted a vintage feel.I have used a gorgeous new Scrapware chippie doily frame, and that button is from here

his triumph..

We bought Addison his bike for his 4th birthday but for months he was not really interested..until one day when he just "got it"and since then he just LOVES riding his bike.

I have used this old old old KI memories sheer as my back ground...so love it! Thanks to Geli for the button and handmade flower they were perfect for my layout! Oh yeah love my Scrapware wings as well!

life lessons

After the floods here in Brisbane I wanted to share some life lessons with my oldest son Addison, we had many discussions on the impact the floods had on people and especially children, we talked about them losing their toys and possesions, when we made donations I wanted him to be there so he knew exactly what we were doing.I wanted him to learn empathy for others.... A bit drab and dreary to my usual style but I wanted to convey the impact ofthe floods...gorgeous new chippie gates from Scrapware..I roughed it up, distressed and inked the page to within an inch of it's life!
I took a photo of the paper up here in Brisbane and used that on my layout

Addison has been swimming since he was 6 months old, he loves it...and he loved his new swimming cap that we bought him just recently!

At two...

I have had this layout in my head since December when Larsen turned 2.

Just a quick layout to remember his milestones!

As you can see I have been playing and playing with my new cloud punches, you will be seeing them alot in the future... I think I have used them on the last 6 layouts that I have created!!!

Sorry about the colours I have photographed and edited this layout 3 times and for some reason it is just not co operating with me!
