Heidi Swapp Instax display ideas

Recently I added a few new pieces to my scrapbook studio. Let me share with you a few of my new pieces.

The Heidi Swapp Insta Love Chandelier is the perfect way to display not only your instax photos but some of your freshly made cards and smaller projects.

I hung it from my ceiling  with some white thread.

The gold clips make it easy to switch out the photo and cards.

I also used the new gold metal Insta Love arrow that simply pushes into the wall. It has three little magnets that can hold up a layout.

A closer look at my layout, I used a Heidi Swapp Word stencil and white texture paste to create subtle texture on my background.

I then layered small pieces of pattern paper under my photo to serve as a photo mat.

Other pieces in the Insta Love collection sit proudly in my studio just waiting for photos and journaling. These 12 inch photo albums are just the cutest.

and this magnetic frame that is interchangable adds a pop of colour to my dresser.

Be on the look out for these pieces at your local Michaels store now.

Heidi Swapp Instax Memory Dex tray

The Heidi Swapp Instax Memory Dex tray is my brand new favourite. I love that I can add little bits and pieces of my life and have it sit on my desk in my scrap studio and I can flip through it and just smile at the memories.

The layers and textures just make me happy!

Let me share a few of my favourite cards.

A simple  memory dex card embellished with a few stickers.

This card brings back family memories of our trip to Hawaii at the beginning of the year.

The gold glitter frame sets off the photo nicely.

Best friends...

I love stamping to add texture without the bulk.

These new Instax  shaker frames are just too fun.

Gold stickers to add a touch of summer elegance.

On this card I used some of the Heidi Swapp texture paste and word stencil for some added texture.

Here I used one of the Memory Dex dies to create the photo into a card.

Splashes of colorshine.

and strips of washi make for beautiful and easy embellishments.

Seriously

I wanted to share one of my favourite new layouts seen in the latest Jot Magazine.

It tells the story of my visit to see Heidi at American Crafts back in April. I love the mix of wood grain and the yellow chevron, it adds such a warm feeling to my layout.

It uses my favourite new Minc Foil colour, Gun Metal, which I used on those large Minc letters from the Heidi Swapp Minc collection.

Be sure to check out the magazine for more stunning projects from the girls on the Jot team.

Celebrating "Finding Dory" with my Lightbox

13 years ago one of my most favourite movies came out, Finding Nemo! Being an Australian and having our Great Barrier Reef as the star of the show I think makes it even closer to my heart.
I cannot wait for the sequel to come out. It starts today and I dont know If I am more excited or my boys.

I thought I would celebrate a little at home with my Heidi Swapp Lightbox and the Celebration in Lights kits available at Michaels stores!

The Celebrate star kit comes with all the pieces you need, just assemble and turn on the lights!

I adore the new font available for the Lightbox, its perfect for any movie theme.

I added in some of the DIY popcorn holders from the Celebration Party Kit also available at Michaels.

Isn't is just perfect lit up! I am totally ready to go and "find dory"

There is a beautiful new mood board challenge over at Jot magazine.

I combined spots, wood grain and a touch of floral on my layout combined with that bold title!

I hope you get a chance to play along!
