big boy toys

Larsen is not content to play with his own baby toys any more he wants in on the action with Addison's toys !!!!! I have been playing with my Maya Mists again using a kids stencil, my fav part is my letters in the dump truck!

Till next time....

Summer street fun

I love this photo of all the kids in our street riding their bikes, scooters etc...we have the most wonderful bunch of neighbours and the kids play so well together, sharing their bikes and toys , of course there is the occasional disagreement but that is kids being kids, this photo most definately reminds me of Summer, I used some of my October Afternoon stash again LOVE this stuff!!!

he is Super ...

I have had these photos for a while and my original concept for this layout is totally different to where it ended up, I found this superman comic at the newsagent and used it on my layout, more Misting YEAH! and just a touch of grunge....

Till next time....

misting.........

Although my term doesnt start till next month I played along with the second sketch for January over at stuck sketches. I finally got around to doing Larsen's 1st birthday layout....he sure loved his birthday cake! Thanks to the lovely Taryn for the maya mist, am so lovin the effects you can get !

I finished this layout a while ago but only got around to photographing it today. I used the digger from 3tailscraft as a template and sprayed it with glimmer mist for a masked effect...so totally out of my comfort zone but I like it.

Till next time...

better late then never...

I did these layouts a little while ago and for some reason I never got around to sharing them here. This first talks about my trickery in getting Addison to eat dried fruit.

This second layout chronicles one of Addison's funny sayings..."because i'm too big"which he says when he cant do something hehehe !!!

I have also decided to step down from the Dt at Dotty Divas, I wish Katy and the girls well.

till next time

Questions......

Whats that mummy? What does it do??? thats all I hear these days, Addison has such an inquirying mind everywhere we go he is asking these questions..... and I mean everywhere, bunnings, coles, down the street, at the drs..everywhere!!! drives me batty sometimes!!!!! I created this layout to remember.

I have also documented his total OBSESSION with diggers, dumpers and cranes. Although my role as DT doesnt start till next month over at stuck I played along with this months sketch, head on over to check out the sketch and win some awesome prizes!Till next time....

A funny story.....

Last week Addison fell off his ride on digger, I went and got some peas to put on his cheek but he wouldnt let me...they fell on the grass and Larsen proceded to eat them!!!! Can you tell I am in love with using glimmermist hehe!
