When I saw the colours in the pack I knew they would be perfect for my travel photos of Mykonos from last year. The blues and yellows were perfect.
I created a double pocket page spread with a large photo insert as well. Once I printed off and placed my photos into the pockets I went through the paper pad and pulled out pattern papers that coordinated with my photos.
I choose the spotty blush , yellow textured, grey floral and blue white wash patterns.
I trimmed them and placed them into the pockets. I then embellished with some of my favourite pieces from the Heidi Swapp Color Fresh and Storyline Chapters collections.
That cute little cactus print was a part of a cut apart sheet from the paper pad. I trimmed and then punched it out using a circle punch and then addd it to my typed journalling.
I love the pops of blush, yellow and blue- what a stunning colour combo!
Again the second double page features stickers and embellishments from the Color Fresh and Storyline Chapters collections over laid on the papers from the Pretty Home paper pad.
I added in some typing onto one of the 3x4 pieces of pattern paper. It is such an easy way to decorate a piece of pattern paper.
Using just the pattern paper pad and a few embellishments and stickers is an easy way to create a travel page. Don't forget you can find the paper pad at your local JoAnn store!
