Heidi Swapp Memory Planner

Hey everyone I am here to share pages from my Heidi Swapp Memory Planner. I am loving that I can get my everyday memories recorded in such a succinct but yet creative way. Let me share my pages from late July and August, my September pages will be coming very.

I love using the Clear 4 x 4 cards as embellishments for my pages.
