he is 6
My eldest turned 6 recently and I wanted to record some of the things that are special about him at this point. I love the bright happy colours of Bella Blvd's Birthday Boy collection, they suited my photo perfectly!

The excitement....
Don't you just love the colours and smell of the fair, recently we took out boys to their first local fair, they had a ball!
I took the chance to use the new Colorshine mists from Heidi Swapp to really celebrate the excitement we all felt! The Colorshine mists combined with the Color Magic paper really adds a fun dimension to my layout.
I also created a step x step video utilizing some Colorshine tricks of the trade I have learnt along the way.
I began with some Colormagic paper and sprayed it with Mustard colorshine then added a Mini Memory file found here.
Sneaking in a Greatest View "say what" button.
I created these two tone letters using the Heidi Swapp resist letters and tinsel and teal Colorshine mist available here in Australia.
Love these fotostacks, the really allow you to add so many photos to your project!
If you are looking for the Colorshine mists and other Heidi Swapp goodies in Australia, don't forget you can purchase them here at The Scrapbook Store!
Thanks for visiting!

everyday....
My youngest is off to pre school next year, although it's only 3 days a week I am going to miss my everyday outings with him. I have used this months sketch over at Once Upon A Sketch to complete my layout,we had the additional criteria of using a quote, you can find both here.
I have used lots of Heidi Swapp goodies here including papers from the No Limits collection, Color Magic tags and Color Shine mist, my tags are from Elle's Studio and of course my flair buttons, the speech bubble and triangles are from Greatest View.

Big Adventure Ride...
A couple of months ago we took our boys to a local fair. It was their first time riding a roller coaster...it was fun to see their faces change from surprise as it began to enjoyment as the roller coaster continued. I have captured these memories using the Pebbles collection Seen and Noted, lots of bright, fun busy patterns perfect for these photos.
I've hidden my journaling and added some extra photos in a pocket behind one of the photos.
