he will change the world!

"New Year’s Challenge!" at Get Picky!
Our challenge this month is to think about what we might resolve to do in the coming New Year. Your multi-photo layout can share whatever aspect you might like to focus on for the coming new year. It might be your New year’s resolutions, a bucket list, things to do, place you’d like to go, ideas for your life – family.....Share your thoughts, hopes and dreams in whichever way you please.

....and here's my layout...My eldest who is starting school in 2012 has such a curious mind, he is always asking WHY, WHAT and HOW...I know some day he will change the world!
These photos were taken at kindy this year when they had a science day, he was soooooo cute in his googles and lab coat!

To all my friends near and far I hope you all have a safe New Years and I cant wait to visit all yor blogs in 2012!
Till next time....

The tree decorations

It was time to say good bye to the Hambly DT this month, I want to say thankyou to Allison for the most incredible year and giving me my first real break overseas.
I decided to create some Christmas Decorations for our tree this year using a Hambly Screenprint Overlay, and I really love how they turned out!

Thankyou to the lovely Leanne for the handmade flower!

It's a bit hard to see but I added glitter to the edge of the crepe paper frill.
I want to wish each and everyone of my friends and family near and far a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS, I hope the time spent with family this year is fulfilling and warm and fuzzy just as it should be!

Content....

A few weeks ago Basic Grey and Coredinations teamed up for a blog hop. How lucky for me LOL!
I created this layout of my youngest when he was just a couple of weeks old using some yummy Picadilly and Indie Bloom pattern papers as well as the gorgeous Coredinations Ornate cardstock that I sanded.

he teaches....

This year at Kindy (preschool ) my eldest has really excelled, at the beginning of the year he would spend most of the time playing on his own, drawing and painting things about space!! Over the year he has made many many little friends and his love and enthusiam for Space has  rubbed off onto some of those little friends. He has spent countless hours showing and teaching them how to draw the planets and rockets, shown them how to copy space words and on one particualar day he took his space mobile in and he helped his classmates to draw and paint the mobile....I am soooo proud of my little teacher......just like his mum!
This layout was based on the new sketch over at Get Picky head on over here to see the rest of the DT's layouts!
