This month over at Once Upon a sketch we had the opportunity to team up with CSI challenges, it was fun to play along. I was a part of the fourth round challenge. We had to use this image/sketch/colour combo for inspiration.( Don' t forget as always there must be journaling on your layout somewhere to be eligible to win a prize. I hope you can play along too!
Oh how I love these speech bubble buttons from Greatest View.
My journaling is hidden under my photo that completely comes away from my layout, I have used magnets to hold the pieces together!

Bubble baths...
I'm finally getting around to sharing some of my projects I created for the Heidi Swapp Media team call. For this one I created a layout/ Memory folder using some No limits folders, papers and goodies! I LOVE that you can fit so many photos on a project without it looking cluttered but it still fits in your album!

Aspen Frost Blog Hop
*GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED*
Welcome to the BasicGrey Aspen Frost Blog Hop!
You should have arrived here from the blog of Jocelyne Cutchins OHSCRAP
Charming and familiar, wild and sweet, a juxtaposition of Christmas past and present, Aspen Frost by BasicGrey holds all the joy and tradition of a homespun holiday. In neutral birch, iced cranberry, red hot cinnamon, dazzling white, glacier blue and green apple, Aspen Frost is the comfort and blessing of yummy pies, sparkling drinks and a warm flame burning in the hearth.
Since I live in Australia we do not have a cold Christmas so I decided to use the collection for a non Christmas project. I chose some photos from my honeymoon 7 years ago in the Rockies. I love the snow flake stickers- the white on white feel adds to the Winter feel to my layout. I added some hidden journalling under the photo block for a bit of fun as well!

Instaspiration...
This week over on the Heidi Swapp blog we are celebrating all things Instagram! Have you joined yet?
I love it, its so easy to upload and share photos straight from my iphone with a click of a button... I would love for you to follow me (see the link on my side bar) or give me a shout out so I can follow you!
So Heidi asked us to create a project using Instagram photos. I couldn't go past these photo's of my youngest taken recently when he had his face painted...when I uploaded them to instagram I was shocked at how old he looked, he was not my baby anymore...so I wanted to record those feelings for my self and him.
If you know me and my scrapping you will always find journalling on my pages, for this project I created a little secret hidden journalling with a couple of magnets, you will see my journaling spot comes completely off the layout to reveal my journalling underneath....pop on over to the Heidi Swapp blog to see how I created it!
Do you spy that fabulous Greatest View animal print button!
